¶ Refreshed Onboarding Process
The visually refreshed onboarding process now aligns with our new design for a smoother and more modern user experience. While the core functionality remains unchanged, the new interface ensures a more intuitive and streamlined onboarding journey.
What’s New?
- Updated UI – A modern look and feel that matches our latest design standards.
- Clear Navigation – A step-by-step guided process with an improved progress bar.
- Consistent User Flow – The onboarding process is displayed for all first-time users and those who haven't completed their data.
Onboarding Steps:
- Country & Language Selection – Users select their country and preferred language, with an additional "State" dropdown for Italy.
- Terms & Conditions – Users must review and accept T&Cs before proceeding.
- Profile Data Completion – Users fill in their basic information, company details, and role.
The process is designed to ensure a seamless and engaging experience, making it easier for users to get started in Partner Hub.

¶ Recent Designs:
New Recent Designs Sidebar enhances visibility, accessibility, and collaboration. This includes a redesigned pro-ject header, better configuration access and intelligent verification mechanisms.
Key features of the new interface:
- Project Details Header: provides users with immediate insight into critical project information, en-hancing decision-making and navigation without leaving the main view.
- Recently Modified Designs Section: This section helps users stay up to date with the latest changes in their configurations, encouraging collaboration and efficient project management.
- Responsive Design for All Devices: The sidebar is optimized for mobile and tablet views. Layout dynamically adapts to ensure usability across screen sizes, allowing users to engage from anywhere.
- Configuration Access with Verification: Users can now launch configurations directly from the sidebar using the "Open" button, with a new smart-check mechanism to confirm accessibility.
- Enclosures Configurator Check: Validates application installation before launch, guiding users through setup if needed.
- Smart Access Verification: Handles locked, deleted, or inaccessible configurations with clear user feedback and auto-refresh.
Business Value
Time spent on searching for recent configurations is reduced, which improves efficiency. The changes minimize context switching between project and enhance user experience through better content organization.


¶ "Customer Assistance" in Project tile, integrated with Saleforce/Pardot campaigns
We introduce a new Customer Assistance functionality in the Bill of Material tab. This enhancement allows exter-nal users to easily send a support request to Customer Support connecting them directly with the ABB sales support for expert assistance.

The latest updates significantly improve your user experience by streamlining project management, simplifying everyday tasks, and removing common restrictions.

- Effortless Designs Copying: Partner Hub now automatically suggests unique names when duplicat-ing designs, saving your time and ensuring seamless workflow.
- Easy Information Access in BOM: Now you can select and copy device names and product codes directly from the Bill of Materials (BOM), making your documentation and communication easier than ever.
- Larger File Upload Capability - The maximum file upload size has increased significantly to 100MB, allowing you to include more comprehensive content in your projects.
- Enhanced Project Visibility: We've increased the number of visible projects on your project list and quick selector dropdown, letting you access your key projects with fewer clicks.
- Smart Default Naming by Design Type: Partner Hub now prepopulates names based on the type of design, helping you stay organized and efficient from the start

¶ MD Nexus Integration – Seamless Access to BoM & Documentation
The latest integration with the MD Nexus Configurator enhances the project workflow for low-voltage switchgear solutions by streamlining the creation and delivery of essential project assets.
Starting from the configuration phase, the tool enables users to either select from a library of predefined typical solutions or create ustomizable layouts based on specific project requirements. It then automati-cally generates an accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) and technical documentation within the configurator.
With this integration, both the BOM and documentation generated in MD Nexus are now accessible directly through Partner Hub. Users can easily download all required files in bulk, ensuring quick access to up-to-date information and simplifying the bidding and execution processes.
By reducing manual work and centralizing access to key deliverables within the Partner Hub project environ-ment, this integration supports faster project execution, improved accuracy, and smoother coordina-tion across teams.
