¶ The Service Assist app Overview
The Service Assist app provides comprehensive on-site support and information to field operators, including access to ABB and non-ABB documentation, immersive augmented reality guides, and the ability to book appointments for both on-site and remote services.
The Safety Assessment feature allows field operators to perform thorough self-assessments, ensuring compliance with all necessary safety requirements, such as proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adherence to critical safety protocols. The safety checklists are tailored to their specific tasks.
All field operators’ reports are securely stored on the ABB Partner Hub for auditing purposes.

¶ The Safety Self-Assessment Feature integration with the ABB Partner Hub
The ABB Partner Hub user, in this case – The Maintenance Manager, can access Safety Checklist Reports in the ABB Partner Hub through the Service tile.
The access route to the Service Assist Safety Checklist Reports: Service – Service Assist – Access.
The Partner Hub user, in this case, the Maintenance Manager can download the safety reports in PDF form. The reports can be filtered by: Filed Operator, Date Range, and Service action.
This Partner Hub enhancement is available to all Partner Hub users worldwide with a Service agreement.
